"To me, being a midwife is a form of activism and an active practice and advocacy for reproductive justice. It's a labor of love. It's radical. It's simultaneously the hardest thing I've ever done, and also the easiest decision I've ever made. It's grueling. And brutal. And so completely worth it. I couldn't imagine doing anything else with my time here. I'm blessed and privileged to have a job that I love with every cell in my body.
